Secondary Parental Engagement

Parental Engagement

Parental engagement can be defined as parents’ active effort to understand and support their children’s education at school and beyond.

We at St Paul’s Way Trust School fully appreciate the importance of a parent or carer’s participation in school life.

Research has shown that a strong relationship between parent and school plays an instrumental part in ensuring a student realises their full potential.

We pride ourselves on the strong link we have developed with our families and one which has been integral to the ‘Outstanding’ school we are today.

We would like to develop parental engagement further through a range of programmes throughout the year. These include Parent Forums, Parent Drop-in Surgery and Courses for Parents.
