Maths Curriculum
Vision
To provide a transformational education and develop young mathematicians, our vision is to:
- Expand Mathematical intelligence by developing pupils' mental mathematics and ability to problem solve
- Empower students by building on their prior learning and develop ‘deeper’ understanding of Mathematics through reasoning and problem solving
- Embed opportunities for intentional rehearsal
- Develop students’ acquisition of Mathematical language throughout their Maths journey at school to deepen their understanding of Mathematical concepts
- Implement a Maths curriculum that is inclusive, accessible and exciting for all
