SPWT Middle Leaders Programme

A series of workshops designed to take curriculum middle leaders or aspiring middle leaders to the next level in their practice. The course aims to give expert advice, practical tips and helpful resources to support staff in meaningful reflection and purposeful planning for their teams

National Professional Qualification in Senior Leadership with London City Alliance

This is a programme of over 40 hours of face to face contact, delivered by exceptional facilitators from across high performing schools in London and the UCL Institute of Education. Designed for experienced middle leaders and aspiring senior leaders, this course will challenge you to reflect on your role as a leader while offering you training and support in leading a whole school impact project.

Professionals as Researchers Programme

A course run in partnership with the University of Greenwich, the Professionals as Researchers Programme is a bespoke, research-based, CPD programme directed to professionals – both teaching and support staff. With an increasing emphasis on the importance of evidence informed and research-led practice, this programme offers staff the opportunity to engage in action research in order to improve their practice.
